All District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in continuation of this office's proceedings referenced in the 1st cited document, a list of 130 Best Schools (5 from each district) has been scrutinized and finalized by the Secretary, SGF AP. These schools were selected and submitted by the District Educational Officers in the State, as per the reference 3rd cited.In this connection, mementos and certificates have been dispatched to the respective District Educational Officer offices.

Therefore, all District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to organize celebrations at the district level in the presence of Public Representatives and District Authorities. During these events, the distinguished "Kreeda Prathibha Awards" (School of Sports Excellence Awards) should be presented.

Furthermore, suitable instructions should be issued to all school Headmasters in your jurisdiction to conduct "National Sports Day" on the 29th of August in honor of hockey wizard Sri Dhyanchand's birthday. Headmasters should also be encouraged to motivate students to participate in sports and games, and to raise awareness about the value of sports.
