Information for Physically Challenged Counselling

 PH Provisional List for Counseling

The provisional selected list of candidates who applied under the PH category is provided below. Please note that you have been selected for admission to RGUKT, but a campus has not been allotted yet. You are required to attend counseling in person on 20.08.2024 at the location mentioned in the last column. The campus will be allotted after the physical interaction and based on availability.

You are required to follow below insturctions for counsling::

Documents to be brought for counselling

Grade/marks sheet of 10th Class Board Examination

SSC Transfer Certificate (TC). However, in the event of admission already taken elsewhere, the candidate will be given time to produce the TC within a week, by providing an undertaking to that effect, and the admission shall be held in reserve until then. In such cases, he/she must produce proof of admission in the other institution at the time of counselling.

Study certificates (from 4th to 10th Class)

Physically Challenged certificate issued by the Govt. of AP

Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva or Sachivalayam)

Latest EWS Certificate issued in 2024 by the competent authority those who claim EWS Category

Income Certificate (issued by competent authority) those who claim scholarship.

Ration Card

Aadhar Cards of the candidate, father and mother

At the time of counselling, candidates need to pay the following fee

I. PUC first year Tuition Fee of Rs. 45,000/- (Those who are eligible for fee reimbursement need not pay the tuition fee)

II. Admission fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) by all,

III. Rs.1200/- towards group insurance (by all) (to be paid to the insurance agency by the University)

IV. Refundable caution deposit of Rs.1,000 (by all),

V. One time hostel maintenance charges of Rs.1000/- (by all)

A Total of Rs.4,200/- (Rs 3,700/- in case of SC/ST candidates)
