AP Legislative Council Electoral Rolls Schedule

Denovo preparation of Electoral Rolls of East-West Godavari Teachers' Constituencies of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council with reference to 01.11.2024 as the qualifying date - Schedule & instructions - Reg.

Election Commission of India has ordered for de-novo preparation of electoral rolls of the above Teachers' Constituencies of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council with reference to 01.11.2024 as the qualifying date.

2. The Election Commission of India has issued revised instructions for preparation of Electoral Rolls for Legislative Councils vide its letter dt.5.9.2016. According to these guidelines, the electoral rolls of Graduates' and Teachers' Constituencies shall be prepared afresh before every biennial / bye-election.

3. The Election Commission of India has ordered for de-novo preparation of electoral rolls of the above Teachers' Constituencies of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council with reference to 01.11.2024 as the qualifying date, so as to have a fresh electoral rolls for these constituencies as per the following schedule:

The Commission has instructed that the electoral rolls of the above-mentioned Teachers' Constituencies shall be prepared afresh with reference to 01.11.2024 as qualifying date in accordance with the prescribed schedule and after following due procedure and guidelines contained in the Commission's comprehensive instructions as circulated vide letter No. 37/LC/INST/ECI/FUNC/ERD/ER/2016, dated 5th September 2016.

5. Form-19 in respect of Teachers' Constituency have slightly been modified vide notification dated 17th June, 2022 by Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt of India and the same will be effective from 1st August 2022. It is made amply clear that submission of Aadhaar number in the field provided in the Form-19 by the applicant is on voluntary basis, and the applicant shall neither be insisted to provide the same nor his/her non-submission of the same be ground of rejection of his/her application.

6. The guidelines issued by the Commission on preparation of electoral rolls of Council Constituencies and schedule arevwent herewithin

రాష్ట్రంలో మూడు శాసన మండలి స్థానాలు వచ్చే ఏడాది మార్చి 29తో ఖాళీ అవ్వబోతున్నాయి. ఈ క్రమంలో ఈ మూడు ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాలకు ఓటర్ల నమోదు రూపకల్పనకు ప్రభుత్వం ఓ ప్రకటన సైతం విడుదల చేసింది. తూర్పు-పశ్చిమగోదావరి, కృష్ణా-గుంటూరు జిల్లాల పట్టభద్రుల, ఉత్తరాంధ్ర ఉపాధ్యాయ(శ్రీకాకుళం-విజయనగరం-విశాఖ) నియోజకవర్గాలకు సంబంధించి ఎన్నికలు జరగనున్నాయి. ఈ క్రమంలో ఈ ఎన్నికలకు సంబంధించి తాజా ఓటర్ల జాబితా రూపకల్పనకు ఏపీ ఎన్నికల సంఘం షెడ్యూల్ విడుదల చేసింది. ఈసీ ఆదేశాల మేరకు 2024 నవంబరు 1 తేదీనాటికి జాబితా రూపోందించేలా షెడ్యూలు విడుదల చేసింది. 

డిసెంబర్ 30న తుది జాబితా

తూర్పు-పశ్చిమగోదావరి, కృష్ణా-గుంటూరు జిల్లాల పట్టభద్రుల, ఉత్తరాంధ్ర ఉపాధ్యాయ(శ్రీకాకుళం-విజయనగరం-విశాఖ) నియోజకవర్గాల ఓటర్ల జాబితా సిద్ధం చేసేందుకు షెడ్యూల్‌ విడుదలైంది. ఉభయగోదావరి జిల్లాల్లోని ఉపాధ్యాయ, పట్టభద్రుల నియోజకవర్గాలకు సంబంధించి తాజా ఓటరు జాబితాను సిద్ధం చేసేందుకు ఈసీ నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికలు జరగాల్సిన ఆయా నియోజకవర్గాల పరిధిలోని ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేర్ల నమోదుకు నోటీసులు విడుదల కానున్నాయి. ఈ ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేర్ల నమోదుకు సంబంధించి సెప్టెంబర్ 30న నోటీసు విడుదల చేయనుంది. నవంబర్ 6 నుంచి ఓటర్ల నుంచి అప్లికేషన్స్ స్వీకరించనున్నారు. అనంతరం నవంబర్ 23న ముసాయిదా జాబితా ప్రదర్శించనున్నారు. అనంతరం నవంబరు 9 వరకూ అభ్యంతరాలు స్వీకరిస్తారు. నవంబరు 30న ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికలకు సంబంధించిన ఓటర్ల తుది జాబితా ప్రచురించనున్నారు. ఈ నెల 29న తూర్పు-పశ్చిమగోదావరి ఉపాధ్యాయ నియోజకవర్గ ఓటర్ల నమోదుకు నోటీసు జారీ చేయనున్నారు. సెప్టెంబరు 3 వరకూ దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించి..నవంబరు 6న తుది జాబితా ప్రచురిస్తారించనున్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది నవంబరు 1వ తేదీ నాటికి ఎవరైతే పట్టభద్రులు ఉంటారో.. వారంతా ఓటుహక్కు కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేందుకు అర్హత కల్పించారు. మార్చిలో ఈ ఎన్నికలు జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. 2024 డిసెంబరు 30 నాటికి తుది ఓటర్ల జాబితా రూపొందిస్తామని సీఈవో వెల్లడించారు.
