All team members of District level incharge monitoring team in respect of supply/distribution of Student Kits for 2024-25 are requested to visit your concerned allotted districts on 15.06.2023 and 16.06.2023 dates and submit your report to the Additional State Project Director immediately.
1. Visiting of Mandal Stock points.
2. Verification of Students Kits items physical parameters and Quality aspects.
3. Observation of Transportation from Mandal level to School level.
4. Observation of distribution of Student Kits to Students.
5. Verification of maintenance of records pertaining Students Kits.
The APCs concerned are also requested to provide transportation of logistics to the officers to visit Mandal stock points and Schools.
