In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the reference 2nd cited, Government, hereby accord permission to him to fill up the posts of Mandal Educational Officers-I with the recently promoted Headmasters (Grade-II) of Government Management High Schools, subject to the outcome of all the Writ Petition (AT)s/Writ Petitions/Contempt cases and SLP if any, pending before the Hon'ble Courts.

2. The Commissioner of School Education, is therefore, requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
