The immediate attention of the District Medical and Health Officers / Member-convener of the selection committee for selection of candidates for admission into Mulu-Purpose Health workers (Female) Training course in the respecuve districts are invited to the reference cited. In pursuance of the guidelines therein, the application form for admission into MPHW(F)/ ANM iourse for the academic year 2023'24 is kept available in the CH&FW official website http: / /cfiv.aP.nic.in.

The following instructions have to be followed while maldng the admlssions for Free (convener) / Management quota seats in the l)llvate MPHW (F) Training Institutions in their respective districts'

Qualifications:

The Minimum Educauonal quallfrcation for admission into the Multipurpose Health workers (Female) rraining course shall be Intermediate pass with any group.

AGE:

The candtdates should have completed tl.e age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year and the uPper age lirnit is 3O years of age' The upper age lirntt is relaxable by 5 years in case of sc, sT and BC's as per rules in force.

CATEGORISATION OF SEATS:

i. For Government and Grant in aid institutions all seats are "Free Seats".

ii. For Private Institutions, 6oolo of ttre total number of seats shall be called *Free seats" and the remaining 4oolo sha-ll be called "Management Seats"

METHOD OFN)MISSION:

(1) Admission to'Free seats" shall be made by a selection committee consistlng of ttre following:

(i) Joint Collector of the District . . . Chalrman

(ii) Dist. Medical & Health Officer ...Member-Convenor

(iii)Superintendentofthe Dist.Hqrs. Hospital ...Member MPrincipal of concerned tralning ins tute ...Member 

The above committee shall make Selections purely based on merit, on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the Candidates in the minimum qualiffing examinaUon for Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) Training Course i.e., Intermediate Public Bxamination or its equivalent with any group. In deciding such merit, candidates who pass under compartmental system will be placed aft.er candidates who passed in a slngle attempt and other guidelines for flnalizing the merit will be followed. In case, same marks have been obtained, the age shall be taken as criteria for selection of candidates.

(2) The Principals of Private MPHW(F) Training Institutions shall admit the candidates as allotted by the above committee on the basis of ranking assigned to them against 6096 'Free seats"

(3) For admission to 'Management Seats" also, ttre candidates are required to fill up the admission application form. The institute submits the list of candidates to the selection committee for its approval. The Selection Iist should have the photo of the each candidate against her name.

(4) After approval of the students selection list will be submitted to the CH&I.W, AP, before co[lmencement of Training Course wtttrout fail.

RULES OF RESERVATION:

Rules of reservation shall be strictly followed while maldng selection for both Free and Management quota seats. Unfilled seats meant for reserved categories shall be kept vacant and shall not be filled up. The stipulations of local area reservations as prescribed in the rrles in force by the Education Department shall be followed. Ex.Servicemen& P.H. quota shall be followed.

PERIODICITY OF ADMISSIONS:

All the Govt. /Grant-in-aid/hvate MPFIW(F)/ANM Course insUtutions shall admit candidates unlformly once in a year as per INC regulations.

Application form for admission into the course is available in the official website of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Amaravathii.e, http: / / cfut.ap.nic. in.

l. Applications for admissions into MPHW(F) Trahing Course are available w.e.f:08-08-2023

2. last date for Registration fee and for submission of appllcations: 30-09-2023

3. Publlcation of Selection Llst by the DM&HOs Approved:1-10-2023

4. Commencement of Classes w.e.f: 21-10-2023

SteP 1: Download the Admisston Application form from the Official Website of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare Official Website i.e.,http://cfv,r.ap.nic.in. Fill uP all the mandatory flelds as per the instrucfions. (Fill up seParate applications for 'F)ree & Management quota seats" avallable in the particular district in Private MPffW(F) Training Institutions)

Step 2: Submit to the concerned DM&HOs in tlle district where ln the institute located for admission in respect of Govt. /Grant-in-aid,/Hvate MPHW(F) /ANM Course institutions along with photocopies of  following documents:

SSC certificate

Intermediate certificate

Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BCs)

Residential Certiflcate/Study Certlficate from [Vth to Xt]r class

Registration fee of Rs.5Ol- (Rupees fifty only) by way of D.D. in favour of Commlssloner of Health & Family Welfare. A-P. BC/SC/ST candidates are exempted from pa5rment of registraUon fee'

Step 3: The Iast date for submission of applications at theconcerned DM&HO office in their districts in case of Govt. /Grant-in-aid/Ptlvate MPHW(F) /ANM Course institutions on or before is 3O-O9-2O23 bv 5.OO P.M. either in Person or by Registered post with due acknowledgement. The Department will not be held responsible for any posta-l delays for non-receipt of applicaflons on or before the stipulated date. For the Mrnapement Cluota ats also, the candidates are required to fill up the application form and submlt the same alonE wlth uota admitted candidates committee for its approval.

The candidates also be informed that the eltgible institutes of MPEW(F)/ANM Course fort' f,nking gdrnlssleas of the Academic Year 2o23,-24 are showr in the Annexure ( as per Andhra Pradesh Nursing and Midwifery Council).

The department will not be held responsible for admlssion of the candidates in a non-recognized institution (not listed institution). The Department uill not be held responsible Jor odmission oJ the condidates ruoho hante crossed the prescribed, moximum age limit as specifred in Go.Ms.No.9g dt.26-O5-2O74 at Para 6 (2) En ection has o ted 2 soon as the selection procedure is completed as per the above instructions and guidelines, the selection lists duly approved by the Selection Committee members should be submitted to this office on 31-IO-2O2S without fail.

The selection list should lndicate very clearly the numbers of candidates under free and management quota for each private nursing school separately and their photos should be affixed against the name of each candidate.

The Distrtct Medical and Health Officers/Member-Convener of the selection committee are requested to follow the above instructions strictly while making admissions into MPHW(F) Training Course (2 years course) for the Academic year 2023-24.
