KGBVs Rationalization of CRTS/PGTs Guidelines Memo:21021

KGBV - Rationalization of CRTS/PGTs working in KGBVS - certain information called for Request - Regarding.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India has approved 11 full time teachers for KGBVS for taking classes 6th to 12th. At present, out of 11 full time 7 Teachers are handling classes 6th to 10th and the reaming 4 Teachers are handling 11th and 12th classes.

As it is stand this it has come to the notice of the under signed that in some of the KGBVs more than the required teachers working and in some of the KGBVs less than the required teachers are working. As such, there is a dire need to rationalize the teaching faculty of all the KGBVS:

1. CRTs for classes 6th to 8th - 5 Full Time Teachers

2. PETS for classes 9th to 12th - 6 Full Time Teachers 

In view of the above all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to furnish information in the given proforma to this office on or before 07.05.2023 to take further action.

This should be treated as most urgent.
