ORDER

Attention is invited to the above subject cited, the Govt., of A.P. is taking a prestigious programme of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka in the State. In this regard the Government is Providing the JVK Kit consists Text Books, Work Books, Note Books, Dictionaries, Shoes, Belts, Bags to the Children studying Govt., Schools.

In this connection, as per the decentralized manner it is decided to release the JVK-4 material packing charges & Conveyance allowance to the Mandal Team Members in Annexure-II to release the Mandal Educational Officers directly to save delay. The funds to be released directly to MEOS based on the number of students as detailed in the annexurell along with budget details.

Therefore Under the powers vested with the State Project Director. Samagra Shiksha, A.P.sanction is hereby accorded to release the budget as per the as per Annexure-Il for Rs.3,20,88,192/- Rupees three crore twenty lakhs, eighty eight thousand one hundred and ninety two only) to 670 Mandal Educational Officers in the State immediately towards payment for material packing, conveyance allowance to Mandal Team Members.

The District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators: and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to expedite the matter to Mandal Level and School level also for speedup the action without fail.

The Finance Controller of this Office is herewith requested to release the budget Rs.3,20,88,192/-( Rupees three crore twenty lakhs, eighty eight thousand one hundred and ninety two only) to 670 Mandal Educational Officers in the State immediately. The Expenditure shall be met under available funds of A.P.Samara Shiksha 2023-23 subject to reimbursement from the Government
