Primary కి రెండు రకాల Softwares, High School కి రెండు రకాల Softwares ఇవ్వబడ్డాయి. 

1. Manual Data Entry, Auto Generated Promotion List  Software. దీనిలో విద్యార్థుల పేర్లు, Admission Number, Date of Birth మొదలైన వివరాలను, మరియు వారి మార్కులను Manual గా ఎంటర్ చేస్తే, Calculations మొత్తం చేసి  Automatic గా Promotion List Generate ఔతుంది. తక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులు ఉన్న పాఠశాలలకు ఇది ఉపయోగపడుతుంది.

2. Fully Auto Generated Promotion List  Software.  Student Info Site నుండి Data ను Download చేసుకుని, promotion list Software లో Paste  చేసుకుంటే చాలు, Promotion List Generate ఔతుంది.

CSE Site o FA-1, FA-2, FA-3, FA-4, SA-1, SA-2 మార్కులను Download చేసుకుని Promotion List Import చేసుకునేందుకు సూచనలు

Click on 'FA-1 Services'

Click on 'Student wise Marks Report

Select Studying Class, Section, Name of Assessment and click on Get Details Serial Number 1 దగ్గర నుండి అందరి విద్యార్థుల పేర్లను, అన్ని సబ్జెక్టుల మార్కులను చివరి విద్యార్థి వరకు Select చేసుకుని, Copy చేసుకోవాలి.

తరువాత "6th" Sheet లో FA-1 క్రింద Green Box లో Paste Here అన్న చోట Paste చెయ్యాలి

FA-2, FA3, FA-4, SA1. SA-2 dye EMS Site od Copy 3 FA-2, FA-3.

FA-4, SA-1, SA-2 Bad Green Box e Paste 7, 8, 9 తరగతుల మార్కులను కూడా Download చేసుకుని పై విధంగానే ఆయా తరగతులలో ఎంటర్ చేయాలి

తరువాత 6th, 7th, 8th. 9th Promot List లలో 3వ కాలంలో ఉన్న Tab Click చేసి "O" పైన ఉన్న టిక్ (V) మార్కును తీసివేసి OK చెయ్యాలి.

Your Promotion List is Ready for Printing.

Process ou o Marks 'Sheet germ FA -1, FA -2, FA

-3, FA -4, SA -1, SA -2 ల క్రింద Direct గా కూడా మార్కులను Enter చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Student Name, Child ID No., Caste a CSE Site నుండి Download చేసుకుని Promotion List లోకి Import చేసుకునేందుకు సూచనలు:

Click on "Reports"

Click on "Child wise Report"

Studying Class on ఉన్నSelect Class పై క్లిక్ చెయ్యాలి.

తరువాత 'All' పైన క్లిక్ చెయ్యాలి

తరువాత Status క్రింద Select క్లిక్ చేసి, దానిలో Active సెలెక్ట్ చెయ్యాలి

Get Details పైన క్లిక్ చేస్తే మన పాఠశాలలో ఉన్న Active Students అందరూ వస్తారు.

తరువాత Excel format లో download చేసుకోవాలి.

Download చేసుకున్న Excel Sheet లో మన పాఠశాల లోని అన్ని తరగతుల స్టూడెంట్స్ Details ఉంటాయి

15 6 వ తరగతిలోని Serial No దగ్గర నుండి Mother Name వరకు 6వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులందరి డేటాను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని, Promotion List Software లోని 6వ తరగతి Sheet లో A2 Cell లో ఉన్న Green Color Cell లో Paste g

10 అదే విధంగా 7,8,9 తరగతుల డేటాను కూడా Promotion List Software లోని 7,8,9 తరగతులలలో పేస్ట్ చేయాలి.

Calculation for 3rd to 5th Classes: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)=50+50+50+50+50 = 250 M Reduced to 50 Marks and SA2 for 50 Marks, Total for 100M.

Calculation for 6th, 7th & 8th Classes: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+80=280 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 80 Marks, Total for 100M.

Calculation for 8th Class PS: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+40=240 M Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 40 Marks, Total for 50M.

Calculation for 8th Class BS: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+40=240 M Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 40 Marks, Total for 50M.

Calculation for 9th Classes: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)= 50+50+50+50+100 = 300 M Reduced to 20 Marks and SA2 for 100 Marks, it is reduced to 80 Marks, Total for 100M.

Calculation for 9th Class for PS: (FA 1)+(FA 2)+(FA 3)+(FA 4)+(SA 1)=50+50+50+50+50 = 250 M Reduced to 10 Marks and SA2 for 50 Marks, it is reduced to 40Marks, Total for 50M.
