SSC Public Examinations, April 2023 Creation of Complaint Cell in the O/O DEO - Regarding.

With reference to the subject cited, I hereby submit that the SSC, OSSC and SSC Vocational course Public Examinations are scheduled to be conducted from 03.04.2023 to 18.04.2023 from 09:30 AM to 12:45 PM

It is further informed that, as per the existing practice, a complaint cell in all the DEOS shall be created for reviewing and addressing any complaints/ suggestions/ grievances from all the stakeholders related to the conduct of examinations.

In this context, all the DEOs are hereby instructed to create a Control Room immediately with duly assigning a Phone Number and Mail ID working round the clock for registering any sensitive matter related to the Examinations. Further, they are informed to report any such issues immediately to the O/O DGE.

The DEOS shall forward the Control Room Phone Number and Mail ID to the 0/0 DGE on or before 23.03.2023. This Control Room should be functioning till the completion of Examinations.
