ORDER:

The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, it is decided to open the RSTCs, NRSTCS and Seasonal Hostels from 01-03-2023 for the identified OOSC children under NRSTCS RSTCS, Seasonal Hostels submitted by the concerned districts in the Prabandh portal during PAB 2023-24 vide ref 1st cited.

Further they instructed to open NRSTCS immediately for bellow 10 children with the willing of Teachers as per the guide lines issued by this office vide ref 5th cited and for above 10 children as per norms duly following the guidelines issued previously by this office vide ref 2nd cited with the approval of the Collectors &District Magistrates and Chairman of Samagra Shiksha.

It is also instructed to open RSTCs and Seasonal Hostels immediately as per norms duly following the guidelines issued previously by this office vide ref 3rd 4th cited with the approval of the Collectors &District Magistrates and Chairman of Samagra Shiksha

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to start NRSTCS, RSTCS, Seasonal Hostels from 1/3/23 for the new children who are entered in the Prabandh portal for the year 2023-24 and submit the compliance report of RSTCS, NRSTCs and Seasonal Hostels i.e Children Details, Teacher details along with work order copy, Volunteer details, Habitation wise Center location along with Collector approval copy.
