2 In the reference 2nd cited all the Secretariat departments are requested to obtain the information from the HoDs under their control regarding the employees, where results for recruitment were declared before 01.09.2004 (CPS adoption date in the AP State) against the vacancies occurring on or before 31.08.2004 but joined duty on or after 01.09.2004.

3. In this regard to avoid delay it is decided to convene a meeting with the HoDs at MLO level on 14th September, 2022 at 3.00 pm in the conference hall of Finance Department at 2nd Block, A.P. Secretariat. Therefore all the secretariat departments are here by requested to obtain the above information from your concerned HoDs and the same may be furnish to this department, so as to take further steps in the matter.

4 Further, all the Secretariat Departments are requested to follow up accordingly and direct the MLO concerned from the HODs to attend the said meeting without fail.
