School Education Request for up gradation of certain Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools to that of Junior Colleges in the State Certain Information called for - Regarding. 

Ref: 01.Lr.Rc.No.Acad. 1-1/EHE05-1724756/2022, Dt:20.05.2022 of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Tadepalli, Guntur (Dt), AP.

Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference cited wherein the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Tadepalli, Guntur (Dt), AP has forwarded the Government Memo along with its enclosures and requested for upgrading certain selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools to that of Junior colleges, accordingly take necessary action in the matter as per rules in force.

As such, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers are requested to submit the following feasibility report pertaining to upgrading certain selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools to that of Junior colleges under their jurisdiction, for taking further necessary action in the matter.

1 Number of Feeder High Schools within the radius of 10 KM's to the Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools.

2 Number of students appeared for X Class during last 3 years (Regular) Boys & Girls to be given separately in the selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools. 3 Number of candidates passed the X Class during the last 3 years in the selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High Schools (Boys & Girls should be shown separately).

4 Number of Junior Colleges (both Government & Private) existing if any.nearby to the selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High School place within the radius of 15KMs.The distance of those colleges from the selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High School place may also be mentioned any other information useful to consider the request.

5 No of class rooms are available in the selected Municipal and Municipal Corporation High School campus excluding regular class rooms.

6 Sufficient infrastructure availability in the school campus details. 1. Further, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers are requested to submit the report on or before 17 8-2022 without fail.
