School Education – Representation / Grievances of certain Teachers addressing to the Head of Department comes under Insubordination – Instructions – Issued.

It has been observed by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.and noticed that the teaching staf and non-teaching staf working in Schools and Ofces in the Districts are directly addressing representations / complaints / appeals to the Government and Head of the 

Department without approaching their immediate higher authorities and thus deviating the provisions refereed in A.P. District Ofce Manual and in APCS (Conduct) Rules 1961 which comes under insubordination.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the State are hereby instructed to issue necessary instructions to all their subordinate ofcials / Headmasters /teachers and all Government and Zilla Parishad Management Schools not to deviate the prescribed proper channel in making representations failing which necessary disciplinary action will be taken against those defaulters under the rules in force.

This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education,Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
