తేది: 30-7-2022న ప్రతిపాదిత నూతన ఆన్లైన్ పెన్షన్ ఆథరైజేషన్ విధానము అవగాహన కార్యక్రమం

నూతన విధానమునందు గల విశిష్ట లక్షణములు:

1. ఈ నూతన విధానం ద్వారా, పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన / చేయుచున్న ఉద్యోగుల పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలను సంబంధిత పెన్షన్ CFMS ద్వారా మంజూరు అధికారుల ఋజు మార్గము ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ఆడిట్ విభాగానికి సమర్పించాలి.

2. పాత పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలు 13 పేజీలతో కూడిన ఫారమ్లు. సరళీకృతం చేయబడ్డాయి మరియు ఇప్పుడు 4 పేజీలకు కుదించబడినవి.

3. ఇక పై ఆన్లైన్ విధానం ద్వారా మాత్రమే పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలు సమర్పించడం వలన పారదర్శకత ఏర్పడుతుంది మరియు పింఛను ప్రక్రియ వేగవంత గా జరుపబడుతుంది.

4. ఇక మీదట పింఛనుదారుల సంబంధిత వివరములు ఆటోమేటిక్ అనగా, ముందస్తుగా CFMS లో నమోదు కాబడిన వివరములను గ్రహించుకొని వాని ద్వార వివరములు పూరింప బడును. 5. పింఛనుదారుల సౌకర్యార్ధం కొత్త సాఫ్ట్వేర్లో అన్ని లెక్కలు ఆటోమేటిక్ గా తయారు చేయబడ్డాయి. 

6. పింఛను మంజూరునకుగాను పింఛనుదారుల భద్రతకు / గోప్యతకు వీలుగా బయోమెట్రిక్ పద్ధతిని ప్రవేశపెట్టడమైనది.

7. నూతన పింఛను విధానం నందు సమగ్ర పింఛను ప్రతిపాదనలను నేరుగా మంజూరు అధికారి వారే చేయటం వలన మధ్యవర్తి ఇబ్బందులను తొలగించవచ్చును. 

8. ఈ నూతన పింఛను విధానం నందు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా నే PPO/GPO/CPO ల ను ట్రెజరీ అధికారులకు మరియు సంబంధిత శాఖలకు జారీ చేయబడతాయి. 

9. ఈ నూతన పింఛను విధానము నందు సంబంధిత పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన ఉద్యోగి అంగీకరించిన యెడల ఇమెయిల్ ద్వారా సమాచారం అందిచబడును.

10. సంబంధిత పింఛను దారునకు కేసు కు సంబంధించిన వివరములను, సంక్షిప్త సమాచారము ను మొబైల్ నంబర్కు అందచేయబడుతుంది..

PROPOSED NEW ONLINE PENSION AUTHORIZATION SYSTEM & SIMPLIFICATION CONSULTATION & SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME ON 30-7-2022 

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE NEW SYSTEM:

1. In the proposed new system, Pension proposals by the retiring employees are to be submitted to the State Audit Department through CFMS through the respective pension sanctioning authority. 

2. Old pension proposals/Forms containing 13 pages are simplified and reduced now to 4 pages.promotes 

3. The submission of proposals through online mode only, its establishes transparency and swift processing of pensions. 

4. Most of the data of the retired employee is automatically captured from the existing CFMS data to reduce time to fill up the forms.

5. All the calculations are made automatic in the new software to facilitate the pensioners. 

6. Biometric authorization for the security of the money of the pensioners.

7. Comprehensive pension proposal preparation by the Pension sanctioning authority only to remove middlemen.Through email. 

 8. Online forwarding of PPO/GPO/CPO to treasury authorities and the departmental authorities. 

9. If retired employee can accept the above in electronic mode the same can also be delivered

10. SMS alert facility on the status of the pension case to the mobile number of the retiree.
