I invite your attention to the references cited and inform that, in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 3rd cited, certain Municipal Teachers were appointed as School Supervisors on temporary basis for monitoring the academic activities in the Municipal Schools and accordingly, the School Supervisors were positioned.

2. Now, the Government, in the reference 1st cited, have issued orders entrusting the Supervision and Administrative Responsibilities of Municipal Schools including service matters of the Municipal Teachers to School. Education Department. Accordingly, the RDMAS have reported that all the Commissioners of ULBS in their respective regions have handed over the Supervision and Administrative Responsibilities of Municipal Schools including service matters of the Municipal Teachers to the School Education Department by 25.06.2022.

3. 1, therefore, request you to take immediate action for cancellation of the appointments of the Municipal Teachers as School Supervisors made in pursuance of instructions issued in the ref.3rd cited, as the supervision and administrative responsibilities of Municipal Schools including services of Municipal Teachers were transferred to the School Education Department and report compliance in the matter immediately.
