  1. In continuation of this office ref 5th read above All the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are informed that the Director, SCERT, AP Amaravathi has review the shifting of 3rd, 4th, and 5th class students to the mapped High schools within 250m radius and instructed that the National Educational Policy -2020 is to be implemented from 06-11-2021 without any deviation in all the schools.
  2. Regarding the mid-day meal, the Director, SCERT has clarified that where the primary schools and Highs schools are functioning in the same compound / adjacent mid-day meal can be served at the primary schools. If primary schools are located at a distant place, Mid day meal can be served for 3,4, 5 class students at High School itself.
  3. Regarding teachers, qualified teachers should be shifted to high schools after retaining required number of teachers as per teacher's pupil ration of 1:20 instead of 1:30. 
  4. These instructions should be followed invariably and information in proforma A&B should be mailed immediately with corrections, if any, in view of revising the teacher's pupil ration as 1:20.
