- A copy of the Procgs Rc.No.151/A&I/2020 dated: 18.10.2021 containing detailed instructions on the implementation of National Education Policy is herewith communicated to all the Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers /Headmasters of all schools. They are requested to go through the instructions from beginning to end carefully and understand the instructions and follow them scrupulously and see that all the 332 schools mapped with 323 High schools in the 1st phase takes effect from 01.11.2021 without fail.
- The children of 3 to 5th classes of 332 primary schools should be transferred to respective High schools and arrive the teachers to be retained for 1st and 2nd classes in the Primary schools teachers to be transferred to High schools for 3 to 5th classes and submit lists on or before 30.10.2021 for fixation of cadre strength of High schools and Primary schools so that salaries can be claimed In the respective Primary/ High schools from 01.11.2021. Any delay in this regard will not be excused.
- A compliance report should be submitted by all the Dy.E.Os/MEOS/HMs along with list of students transferred from Primary school to the mapped High school in the enclosed proforma.
