2021-22 సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన U-Dise Plus డేటాను అన్ని యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలు / కళాశాలలు తరగతి I నుండి XII తరగతి వరకు అప్‌డేట్ చేయాలని ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల.

ORDER:

1. The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued orders for reopening of schools from 16 August 2021 and Colleges from September 2021 duly following the COVID-19 protocol.
2. Further, vide reference read above, instructions were already issued to the all the filed functionaries to enroll the students in child info website time to time. Compared to previous year 2020-21 statistical data, it is observed that in and around 2 lakhs enrollment is pending for updation, The district wise details are annexed to these proceedings
3. Two days work shop on UDISE will be held from 08-11-2021 & 09-11 2021 to avoid the discrepancies identified in UDISE 2020-21 data. The DEOS/APCS shail depute concerned, venue will be intimated later.
4. Therefore the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to enroll the students before 31.10.2021 in childinfo so as to enable U Dise Plus data entry for the academic year 2021-22 from 01-11-2021 by taking up special drive in the districts concerned by viewing the reports enabled in the district login. Enrollment registered after 01-11-2021 will not be considered without proper justification.
5. Any deviation observed in the above instructions will be viewed seriously and necessary action will be initiated against the schools as per the rules in force.
