          All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State may please note the following clarifications with regard to conducting parent committee elections.

PC ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణపై సందేహాలకు SPD గారి వివరణలు Vide SSA AP SPD Memo No 16021 dt 19.9.2021 

Highlights:

🔆Parent/ Guardian  Govt employee అయినా కూడా Parents commitee ఎన్నికల్లో Contest చేయవచ్చును.

🔆ఒక Parent కు  ఒకరి కంటె ఎక్కువ పిల్లలు School లో  వేరు వేరు క్లాసులలో చదువు తుంటే ప్రతి Class PC  ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటింగ్ లో పాల్గొన వచ్చును అయితే ఒక  ఏదో ఒక క్లాసు నుండే ఎన్నిక అవ్వాలి.

🔆  Sept 22 న పాఠశాలలో Exams జరుగుతూ ఎన్నిక  నిర్వహించ లేకుంటే  ,Timings మార్చు కొనవచ్చును, లేక దగ్గరలోని మరొక పాఠశాలలో నిర్వహించు కొనవచ్చును .మరో రోజుకు వాయిదా వేయాలంటే జిల్లా కలెక్టరు గారి అనుమతి తీసుకోవాలి.

  🔆 తల్లి తండ్రలలోఇద్దరూ లేక   ఎవరో ఒకరు జీవించి యున్నా సంరక్షుకుని అనుమతించరాదు.

🔆Child info లో  పేరు  ఎన్రోల్ కాకపోయినా ది 15.9.2021 నాటికి అన్ని ధృవపత్రాలతో Manual  Admission జరిగి ఉంటే‌ ఆ తల్లి/తండ్రి/సంరక్షకునికి ఓటర్ లిస్టు లో చేర్చాలి.

🔆Weaker  Sections అంటే‌ BC,Minorities, తో  పాటుAnnual income RS 1.20 lakhs  (in urban  Rs1.4lakh) గరిష్టంగా యున్న O.C లు కూడా 

🔆PC Members పదవీ కాలము 2 ఏళ్ళు( గత ఎన్నిక తేదీ నుండి 2ఏళ్ళు లేక విద్యార్ధి పాఠశాల విడిచిన తేది లలో ఏది  ముందయితే ఆ తేది)
