CAG Audit: కాగ్ ఆడిట్ కు సిద్ధంగా ఉండండి

ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో అమలు చేస్తున్న మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం డైరేషన్ పంపిణీ ప్రగతిపై కాగ్ ఆడిట్ నిర్వహించనున్న నేపథ్యంలో జిల్లాలోని అన్ని మండలాల్లో సంబంధిత రిజస్టర్లను అప్డేట్ చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. డీవైఈవో, ఎంఈవో, ఎండీఎం సిబ్బందికి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. ఎండీఎం అమలు, డ్రైరేషన్ పంపిణీపై త్వరలోనే జిల్లాల వారీగా ఆడిట్ నిర్వహించేందుకు అధికారుల బృందం రానున్న నేపథ్యంలో పూర్తి వివరా లతో సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని సూచించారు. ఆడిట్ నిర్వహించేందుకు వచ్చే అధికారులు పాఠశాల లతో పాటు ఎంఈవో కార్యాలయాలను తనిఖీ చేసే అవకాశముందని, ఉపాధ్యాయులతో పాటు తల్లిదండ్రులతో నేరుగా మాట్లాడతారని తెలిపారు. అన్ని రిజిస్టర్లు, రికార్డులను అప్ డేట్గా ఉంచుకోవాలని ఆదేశించారు.

Communication received from from CAG office that CAG audit will be conducted in all districts shortly on Mid Day Meal and dry ration. The audit team will visit DEO office, Dy DEO/ MEO office, Schools and meet parents. All the files and all  registers along with compliance of givernment/ DSE/ D- MDM orders will be verified. Pls be alert and keep the all registers and records updated upto date...
