MA&UD Dept. – Certain Inter-management Transfers of teachers working under ZPP/MPP Management transfer to Urban Local Bodies concerned in the State GO.Rt:123 Dt:23.03.21

 O R D E R:-

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Guntur in the reference 4th & 5th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order the following Inter Management transfers of Teachers as Annexed, working under School Education Department to Urban Local Bodies under Municipal Education in the State, subject to vacancy position in the required new station at relevant Urban Local Bodies against concerned Roster Point and obtaining the Council Resolution from concerned ULBs, wherever necessary and also on the condition for foregoing the seniority in the old unit and to take last rank next to the last regular candidate in the new unit, without payment of TTA/DA at joining time to the individual, as the transfers are at their own request, in relaxation of references 1st, 2nd and 3rd read above. 

2. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur and the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 

3. This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide 

U.O.No.HROPDPP(TRPO)/32/2021(Computer No.1347610).
