Upgradation of Grarnpanchayats into Nagarpanchayats · /Munlcipallties

★ ఏపీలో పురపాలక ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణపై ప్రభుత్వ కసరత్తు.

★ ఎన్నికలకు ముందే కొత్త పురపాలికలు, నగరపంచాయితీల ఏర్పాటుకు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తోంది.

★ రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా 13 జిల్లాల్లోని 50 పట్టణాల స్థాయిని పెంచేందుకు ప్రతిపాదనలు. 

★ ఈ నెల 31లోగా ఆయా పట్టణాల స్థాయిపెంపుపై వివరాలు ఇవ్వాలని పురపాలక శాఖ కోరింది. 

★ సమీప గ్రామాలు, ప్రాంతాల విలీనంపైనా సమాచారం కోరింది. 

★ ఈ మేరకు అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లకు ప్రతిపాదిత జాబితాను పురపాలక శాఖ పంపింది.

1. I am to invite your attention to the reference 5thcited, whereln you have been requested to send proposals if any, for constitution of eligible Grampanchayat into Naqarpanchavet/Nunlcipaltty and irrctuslon of any new areas into the nearby Muntctpa! bodies for taking further necessary action in the matter. But so far no proposals have peen received in this office. 
2. I, therefore, request you to send proposals, if any, for inclusion of the areas into the nearby Municipal bodies duly exarnlntnq as per G.O.Ms.N0,.114, dated OS.OS.2'015 of MA~UD Department.
3. I also request you to send oroposels in respect of Constitution of Mew Grernpanchavats as Nagarpanchayats/Municipalities following the procedure laid down in G.O.Ms.N'o.18, dated 07.01.2019 of MA&UD Department, to this office before 31.07.2019 without fail, since J5t Ordinary Elections to the ULBs are due and will be held shortly and before Notification we have to complete this exercise.
4.  A list of Grampanchayats, which have qood potentiality to become Naqarpanchavats/Murrlclpalttlas is enclosed herewith. 'Therefore, please explore the possibility of constituency these Grarnpanchavats as Nagarpanchayats/Municipality and send proposals
