School Education – SAMAGRA SHIKSHA (RMSA) – Instructions to filling
up of Girl Students in Girls Hostels in vacant seats
All the Principals of Model Schools in the State are informed that,
some of the Principals of Model Schools have submitted representations
for permission to fill the vacant seats in Girls Hostels filing with the Girl
Students of Classes VI, VII and VIII.
They are informed that, the following guidelines already issued by
the MHRD, New Delhi with regard to filling up of seats in Girls Hostels.

The girl students in the age group 14-18 studying in classes IX toXII and belonging to SC, ST, OBC, Minority communities and BPLfamilies will form the target group of scheme. Students passing outof KGBV will be given preference in admission in hostels. At least50% of girls admitted will be from SC,ST OBC and Minoritycommunities
