a programme intended to appreciate the toppers at School, Mandal, Division
and District Level – Guidelines – Issued.

To encourage the students studying the Government Schools, the under signed has taken up an initiative of visiting homes of the toppers of the SSC March 2019 results day itself.

HM’s of Secondary Schools:

 On the same day of SSC March 2019 results, the Headmaster of the School and available staff members must compulsorily visit the house (at least 01 student) of the student, who stood topper in the school and distribute sweets to the student and their family, duly garlanding the parent for their efforts.
 The Headmaster and Staff members must also conduct awareness campaign and give wide publicity in the catchment area of the school for achieving the good result in the schools and for boosting the enrollment in the Government Schools.

M.E.O’s and Dy.E.O’s:

 All the Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Educational Officers are requested to visit at least one house of the student, who achieved 10/10 scores in their respective jurisdiction on the same of the announcement of the result and distribute sweets to the student and garland
their parents of the student appreciate and encourage them to study further and achieve more top positions.

District Educational Officer’s:

 The District Educational Officers are requested to visit the house of the student, who achieved 10/10 (at least 01 student) in the District and appreciate the student as well as his/her parent and to give wide publicity through Print and Electronic Media on the achievement of the better results in their Districts and for encouragement of the toppers.
 The Headmasters/MEO’s/DyEO’s/DEO’s are requested to send the Photographs and Press coverage clippings to Whatsapp No.8886597999 and email rjdse_kakinada@yahoo.co.inbasing on receipts of the same the undersigned will give the ratings at each level and basing on
the ratings programmes executed in the entire academic year, the top accredited official will be felicitated by RJD Award after completion of the academic year.
 Hence, they are requested to popularize the achievement of the students studying the Government Schools and the efforts of the officers should be in the way to increase the name and fame of the Department under the title of “VIJAYA BHERI”.
