Meternity Leave (180 Days) Sanction to Contract and Outsourcing Employees Rc.1557

1. The Governement in the reference 1st read above issued orders that the married women contract  & outsourcing employees are eligible for 180 days of paid meternity leave for the first two delivers. This condition is relaxed in case of employees having less than two surviving children.
2. Therefore all the Project Officers, SSA in the State are hereby informed to implement the provisions issured in the above said G.O to all the married women employees working on Outsourcing and contract basis in the project.
