The attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers in the District are invited to the reference read above where in the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada has issued instructions to make arrangements for conduct of SSC Public Examinations March'2019 and communicated thescheduled which will be held from 1g.03.2019 to 02.04.2078 and the timing of the examinations are
from 9.30 AM to 12.15 PM.

     Hence all the Deputy Educational Officers are instructed to submit the name & address of INVIGILATORS ,n the proforma enclosed herewith, The Deputy Educational Officers concerned are requested to see that all the staff drafted forthe duties are within "08" K.M"s radius to the ExaminationCentre duly following the Guidetines for appointment of Invigilators given by the Director ofGovernment Examinations, AP, Vijayawada in the ref.(2) cited, and also exempting the following category of Teachers from invigilation duties so as to enable to appoint them to allot duty in the ensuing SSC Public Examinations March' 2019.
