The attention of the all the Project Officers of A.P Samagra Shiksha are invited to
the subject and recerence cited and they are informed that, In view of the reasons
explained in the counter affidavit W.P (PIL). No 14/2019, it is necessary to maintain two Separate Bank Accounts at Sub District Levels (SMCs/CRCs/MRCs) one for exculsively for the Grants received to implementation of the Programmes/ actiities related to the Samagra Shiksha and onther for other than Samagra Shikha funds such as Corporate Social Reposnsibilities funds, Donations, Mid Day Meal, DEO funds and Colloectors funds etc.

Hence, the Project Officers are directed to open one more bank account at Sub District Levels (SMCs/CRCs/MRcs) to record the transactions pertaining to the other than Samagra Siksha activities such as corporate Social Reposnsibilities funds, braches in place of the existing bank accounts of Sub District Units. Donations, Mid Day Meal, DEO funds and Colloectors funds etc., in the Same bank
s of completion of opening of New Bank Accounts at Sub District level

The Process for the other than Samagra Shiksha funds shall be completed by 15.03.2019 positivley.

The Opening of New Bank Accounts at Sub District Level for other than Samagra
Shiskha funds should be intimated to the under signed without fail.

This May be treted as "Most Urgent"
