  1. The attention of the DDOs / Principals of the APSWR Institutions and the Districtc oordinators of APSWREI Society in the state is drawn to the reference cited. The Government has issued orders revising the rate of Dearness Allowance to the state Government Employees in Andhra Pradesh from 25.676% to 27.248%. A copy of the above Government Orders is enclosed herewith .
  2. The Government have also instructed that DA arrears for the period from 01.01.2018 to 30.03.2019 shall be credited into compulsory savings account / General Provident Fund Account. The DA shall be paid in cash with the salary of April, 2019 payable in the month of May, 2019. The contents of the G.O. should be implemented to the employees drawing payscales in the Society.
  3. All the DDOs / Principals of APSWR Institutions including District Coordinators in the State shall prepare DA arrears bill in the prescribed formats as shown in Annexure-I and II enclosed herewith and send hard copy to the State Society Head Office after scrutinized bythe DCOs concerned for releasing budget.
  4. The above said information (soft copy in excel format) should reach this office on or before 14.04.2019 for releasing the budget.
  5. All the DDOs/ Principals of APSWREI Society including District Coordinators shall follow the instructions stipulated in the G.O. cited scrupulously and send filled in formats certified by the concerned DCO’s before sending this Office.
