1. The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-OfficioProject Coordinators of RMSA in the Sate is invited to the reference readabove, wherein they are informed that in the review meeting held on16.11.2018 at Visakhapatnam, 22.11.2018 at Nellore and 05.11.2018 atKurnool the Hostel wardens have to requested for the weekend off in theAPMS Girls Hostels in the State.
2. Keeping in view of the request the Commissioner of SchoolEducation & Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, A.P has agreed for theWeekend off, to the Wardens working in the APMS Girl Hostels in theState after allocation of ration at 2 pm and to report next day morning at6pm to allot ration.
3. The weekend off will be given by the Principal by giving circularorder for one Female PGT/TGT to depute to Hostel duties on rotationbasis to routine Hostel duties. The weekend off may be treated as CCL.
4. All the District Educational Officers are requested to issue instructionsto Principals APMS Girls Hostel regarding weekend off.
