  1. In the reference 3rd cited, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P.,Guntur has requested the Government to consider the request transfers ofMunicipal Teachers those who were shifted during rationalization process andnot completed 2 years of service in the new school as on 30/06/2018, duringPhase- transfer as per G.O.Rt.No.507 r/w G.O.Rt.No.1137, MA&UD (D1) Dept.,dated 18.12.2018.
  2. After careful consideration of the matter, hereby relax the condition that theapplicant should have a minimum tenure of 2 years in the present place of, in the case of those who have been shifted to new school due toposting,rationalisation exercise.
  3. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P, Guntur is requested to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.immediately.
