School Education Dept. – Inter State Transfer of 25 candidates on Spouse
grounds from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh – Orders –

ORDER:-
In the Circular Memo 1st read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Government of Telangana have issued certain guidelines for effecting Inter State Transfers of the employees working in both the States.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education,
A.P., Ibrahimpatnam has forwarded 54 Inter State Transfer proposals on
spouse grounds and 25 Inter State Transfer proposals on Mutual grounds.
3. In the references 3th and 4th read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh
has forwarded consent to the Government of Telangana for effecting Inter-State
Transfers on spouse grounds from the State of Telangana to the State of Andha
Pradesh.
4. In the reference 5th and 6th read above, School Education Department,
Government of Telangana has accorded permission to the Director of School
Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for effecting Inter State Transfers of 25
teachers on spouse grounds.
5. In the reference 7th read above, the Director of School Education,
Telangana, Hyderabad, has communicated the orders issued by the School
Education Department, Government of Telangana for effecting Inter-State
Transfer of 25 teachers from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra
Pradesh on spouse grounds and requested the Government of Andhra Pradesh
to admit the reported teachers in the State of Andhra Pradesh for issuing
posting orders in respective districts where their spouses are working in the
State of Andhra Pradesh.
6. In continuation of the orders issued in the reference 8th read above,
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to effect the
Inter-State Transfer of the following 25 teachers from the State of Telangana to
the State of Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds, subject to assign the last rank
next to last regular candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh and also other
conditions stipulated in the reference 1st read above.
