Flag Day Fund collection- Contribution of State Government employees - Recovery from the salaries of December payable in the month of January GO 177

4. G.O.Ms.No.128, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 28-11-2016.
5. G.O.Ms.No.176, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 20-11-2017.
6. From the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, Lr No. 3086/04/AFFD/2018-SF, dated 19-10-2018.

Flag Fund NGOs Rs.50/- Gazetted Officers : Rs.100/-

ORDER:

1. The Director, Sainik Welfare in his letter 6th read above, has informed that Government have issued orders to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of Non- Gazetted and Gazetted officers respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2015 towards their contribution to Flag Day Fund vide G.O.Ms.No.169, Home (Ser.IV) Department,dated 11-12-2015.
2. Now, in the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in the letter 6th read above, Government hereby instruct to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of the Non-Gazetted Officers and Gazetted Officer’s respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2018. 
3. All the Heads of Departments and all Head of Offices, Drawing Officers shall recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the account of the Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., only through online payment as mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.128, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 28-11-2016. 
4. The Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary further action accordingly.
