GO Rt :1533 Smt. K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, Commissioner, School Education – Sanction of ExIndia Earned Leave for the period of 25 days

  1. Under CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, Smt K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, Commissioner, School Education is sanctioned Ex-India Earned Leave for the period of 25 days from 27.08.2018 to 20.09.2018 with permission to avail prefix public holidays on 25.08.2018 and 26.08.2018 and suffix public holidays on 21.09.2018 to 22.09.2018 to visit Turkey, Poland, Hungary Czechoslovakia, Germany and Switzerland on private affairs.
  2. Under F.R.26 (b)(ii), it is hereby certified that Smt.K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, would have continued in the existing pay of CCS, but for her going on leave.
  3. The expenditure for the stay of the Member of Service at abroad on Ex-India leave shall be borne by the Member of Service from her personal savings, in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, in their letter No.11019/6/2001.AIS.III dated 07.03.2003/4.8.2003 read-with letter dated 05.12.2007. The Member of Service shall not accept hospitality from any foreign Government / private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. 
  4. The Special Chief Secretary to Government, Higher Education & School Education Departments shall make in-charge arrangements to the post of Commissioner, School Education during the leave period of Smt. K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS.
  5. On return from leave, Smt. K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS is reposted as Commissioner,
    School Education
