O R D E R:

The Hon’ble Chief Minister at the time of inauguration of Pattisam Lift Scheme on 6.7.2016 has announced One Special Increment to the Water Resources Department Engineers who worked on Pattisam Lift Scheme and contributed for the completion of the Project in record time.  Accordingly, the Council Resolved to sanction One Special Increment to the Engineers of Water Resources Department who have worked at Pattisam Project site on 8.7.2016.

2.Accordingly, the Government hereby sanctioned one Special Increment to the following (12) Engineers of Water Resources Department who have worked at Pattisam Project w.e.f July 2016 as detailed below:

3.Further the above sanctioned special increment shall be in the nature of a special pay equivalent to the immediate previous increment drawn in their current pay scale, which would be a permanently fixed amount during the entire period of service (just like earlier family planning increment) and no allowances such as DA, HRA, CCA or any other allowances shall be admissible on the special increment and shall not be taken into account for the purposes of fixation of pension and penisoinery benefits such as Gratuity and commutation of pension.

4.The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), W.R.Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
