The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to read the G.O.s and the government orders were already communicated to all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state through the reference 2nd cited.

 

The comprehensive infrastructure facilities are to be provided for Model primary School are (a) Adequate class rooms, (b) Toilets & Water supply, (c) Furniture, (d) Library room with adequate books, (e) Audio- Visual equipped class rooms and (f) attached Early Childhood Education Center (ECE) as feeder Center.

 

Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to submit the details of existing infrastructure facilities in already identified Adharsha Pradhmika Paatasala in the enclosed proforma immediately to this office. Please also submit the site plan and 2 to 3 photographs of the existing school building and premises of the school. In case compound wall is not existing, prepare the estimation through Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Engineers and submit the same to this office for taking further action in the matter.    

 

Comprehensive report along with photographs   should reach this office by 25.09.2015 positively.
