Step By Step Process for PRC 2015 Fixation Online

1. First Employee should give Option Form for Exercising option under the RPS Rules
2. First Go to DDO Request Login. Enter your DDO Code and your Password
3. Click on PRC Tab(+) Symbol. Then, it will be expanded and show the sub menu
4. Click on the 1st sub menu namely " PRC Details and Report"
5. The Screen will ask you to Enter the .Treasury Number of the Employee(Enter the Treasury Id number of the Employee).

PRC Fixation 2015

1.  All the DDO's are requested to feed the Correct data to the system, after the pay fixation statement and the bill along with the Due drawn statement shall be checked throughly with respect to the SR and only then the bills have to be submitted Treasury.
2. Please check Appendix -1 and Fixation Arrears before using bill Preparation Button. If Bill Preparation button pressed and submit button pressed the PRC Bill be submitted to the Treasury, No changes will be accepted after submitting the bill to treasury in the system.
