Communication of allotment under Grants in Aid Salaries to the staff of Aided Special Schools

School Education – Budget 2015-16 (Non-Plan ) - Communication of allotment under Grants in Aid Salaries to the staff of Aided Special Schools for 1^st quarter during the F.Y 2015-16 – Orders – Issued. 

ORDER:

In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad hereby accords sanction for release of an amount of Rs.34,01,000/- (Rupees Thirty four lakhs and one thousand only) as shown in the Annexure to the District Educational Officers concerned towards payment of Grants-in-Aid Salaries to the staff of Aided Special Schools during the financial year 2015-16.

The District Treasury Officers concerned are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officers concerned, to the extent of allotment now communicated after receipt of Budget authorization from D.T.A., A.P., Hyderabad. .

The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account:

2202-General Education

02-Secondary Education

M.H.109 -Government Secondary Schools

S.H.(04)- Government Secondary Schools

310 - GIA / 311- GIA towards Salaries (Non-Plan)

The District Educational Officers are requested to mark a copy of the proceedings issued by them to this Office regularly. Any shortfall of salaries in 1^st quarter may be brought to notice immediately.
